Within the framework of the section "Design and Animation", teams from 3-5 people will be created ~ a team (people interested in cartoon webtoons, people who have been trained in webtoons, etc.) in 24 hours create an electronic comic (webtoon) from 6 to 10 frames using unusual audio-visual effects and animation. Designers, marketers, screenwriters, illustrators, calligraphers and designers, all those who know how to create visual masterpieces with their own hands, can participate in the section.

Webtun (cor. 웹툰) is a South Korean digital comic, usually intended for reading on smartphones. Webtun can be called manhwa — a term used to characterize Korean comics.
The surge in the popularity of webtoons outside the country occurred largely due to the fact that mankhwa is very convenient to read on smartphones. As digital manhwa has become popular, print publication of manhwa has declined. The number of materials published in the form of webtoons has now reached the same number as those published on physical media.
